About me
Hello, I’m Federica Venturato — a somatic and energy healing therapist, guide, and space holder devoted to inner transformation and embodied self-connection.
Originally from Italy and now based in Mexico, my path has been shaped by a deep personal healing journey, a spiritual awakening, and over a decade of study across ancient wisdom and modern somatic practices.
After working in the fashion and luxury industry, I went through a radical life shift sparked by various health challenges. That experience led me to explore somatic therapy , breathwork, energy healing , and conscious living — a journey that redefined my way of being.
Today, I integrate alchemical breathwork, sacred sexuality, voice activation, energy healing and sound meditation to support individuals and couples and groups on their unique paths of healing and self-discovery. I believe that healing is a return to truth — and that your body, your voice, and your energy hold the keys.

My Journey and Training
My journey as a therapist began with my own healing process — a time of deep introspection that awakened the desire to explore the body, breath, and energy as gateways to transformation.
Over the years, I’ve trained in Nepal, Thailand, Mexico, and Europe, weaving ancient wisdom with modern somatic approaches. These experiences have shaped the integrative and intuitive way in which I hold therapeutic and energetic spaces today

Rather than following a single method, I’ve learned to weave together the most transformative elements of what I’ve lived, studied, and embodied.
This living tapestry is what I now call Alkimia — a path of transformation through the body, the breath, and the inner voice.
The Evolution of My Work and Alkimia
My approach to Sacred Sexuality began when, as a woman, I realized I was disconnected from my own body. This awakening led me to explore practices that helped me reconnect with my sensuality, creativity, and inner rhythm — and to harmonize the feminine and masculine energies within me.
After years of personal and professional exploration, I began weaving together breath, body, voice, sound, and energy into a living synthesis that I now call Alkimia — a sacred space for transformation, remembrance, and inner reconnection.
Through somatic therapy, alchemical breathwork, voice activation, quantum healing, sacred sexuality, and sound meditation journeys, I guide individuals, couples, and groups to release tension, process emotions, and alchemize their experiences into clarity, presence, and creative power.
This integrative approach supports deep nervous system regulation, allowing the body to soften, open, and return to its natural state of balance and vitality.
I truly believe that each person is their own healer — my role is to gently guide, support, and inspire the reconnection with the medicine that already lives within.
