   Due to the nature of my work — which includes live sessions, workshops, and digital practices — all sales are considered final. Once a service or digital product has been purchased, refunds will generally not be issued.

2. Live Sessions & Workshops
   If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, please contact me at info.federicaventurato@gmail.com as soon as possible. In some cases, I may be able to reschedule or offer credit toward another session, depending on availability.

3. Digital Products (Recorded Practices, Courses, etc.)
   Digital products delivered instantly after purchase (such as recordings, PDFs, or online courses) are non-refundable.
