A few years ago, as I entered menopause, I felt something shifting deeply inside me.My body was changing, but more than that — I could sense that a new cycle of life was beginning.I was guided to reconnect with my womb, not as a biological organ, but as a sacred space — the center of my creative energy, my sensuality, my intuition, and my inner fire.

Over time, I explored and practiced different approaches — from breathwork, conscious sexuality, and voice activation to sound healing and somatic movement — studying with teachers who deeply inspired me.I also studied the voice and its profound connection to the womb, discovering how vibration, tone, and sound can open energetic channels and bring harmony to the feminine system.

Through this journey, I discovered that the womb holds not only our physical power of creation but also the emotional and energetic memories of our lives and lineages.When we learn to breathe, move, and sound from this space, something magical happens — warmth returns, energy starts to flow, and we reconnect the womb and the heart as one living pulse of love, presence, and creation.

Today, I feel more alive than ever — radiant, grounded, deeply connected with my sensuality and my erotic essence.This reconnection has brought me home to my body and has transformed the way I experience pleasure, creativity, and intimacy with life itself.
